Here's an update on my aloe vera illustration.

Here is a WIP of my current project, an aloe vera plant in coloured pencil on Hahnmuhle Britannia matt 300g paper. A sketch of the same plant can be viewed here.

Another swimming turtle WIP

WIP. My third turtle illustration. I have drawn this one a little larger than the previous turtle drawing so I could get more detail in and make it look more realistic.

Here is a work in progress of one of my turtle sketches from my previous post. The turtle itself is pretty much complete, I just need to work out how I want to draw the water around him. I guess I should have thought about that BEFORE I started the drawing but I was eager to get going so decided I would figure that part out later on!

Penguins WIP

This is a commission I am currently working on based on a drawing I did years ago. I love penguins, and Emperor penguins are my favourite! (Sorry about the poor quality photo!)

Panda WIP

WIP of a baby panda. Coloured pencil, white chalk pencil and charcoal pencil on card.

It was hard to get a good quality pic of this drawing because so far it is mainly white. It didn't come up in the scanner at all so I ended up taking a photo instead.

Turtle WIP

Created using coloured pencils on A4 card, although it almost looks like watercolour with the bad photograph.
